SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Daphne Newman ships worldwide from Canada. Your item will be placed in production as soon as soon as it is received, pending we are not awaiting any additional details from you.
We do not accept order cancelations.
Pieces marked made to order will ship 2-12 weeks from the order date, unless otherwise specified. Once your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email with shipment details and tracking information. We ship internationally with DHL Express, so depending on where you live you can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days once shipped and a signature will be required. Daphne Newman is not responsible for late shipments due to customs or shipping delays, so we encourage you to order as soon as you can. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on where you live.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES
Depending on your country, you may be subject to customs or import duty charges. To ensure there are no surprises when you package arrives we recommend you contact your local customs office to find out what fees you may be subject to. We are unable to pay these charges on your behalf, and all charges must be paid on delivery of your order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and Daphne Newman will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Daphne Newman piece, but if you are not you may exchange the following Online Store purchases: wedding veils and sample sale pieces.
The following pieces are eligible for return or exchange: ready to wear, lingerie, swimwear.
Bridal robes, silk loungewear, hair accessories and custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
You must notify us of your intent to return a piece within 10 calendar days of receiving your shipment. Once the return is confirmed we must receive the piece back in our studio within 10 calendar days. We will send you a shipping label however, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund and ranges from $20-$100 depending where you live.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Our pieces are made with delicate fabrics so please take care when trying them on. Items returned with makeup or marks will be charged a restocking fee. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Each piece will undergo an inspection upon return, Daphne Newman reserves the right to withhold the refund for damaged or worn goods.
Daphne Newman does not refund shipping charges, or international duties or taxes. To submit a return please following the instructions below.
SUBMIT A RETURN
The process for returning to the Online Store is detailed below:
1. Submit a Return
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a completed return form (included in your shipment). You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt.
If your return is accepted you will receive an email with the return details and shipping documents l via DHL. Return shipping is not included, and the final cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Pack Your Return
When returning items ensure you enclose:
• The completed Returns Form, including your return number
• Your Invoice
• The item(s) for return, including packaging
4. Send Your Return
• Carefully follow the instructions for the return shipping documents sent to you via DHL. Ensure the paperwork is signed.
• Affix the returns label (enclosed in the return shipping documents) to the outside of the package;
• Arrange a free collection with DHL by visiting www.dhl.com or calling, 1-855-345- 7447. Alternatively, drop the package off at at DHL facility.
5. Confirmation + Refund
Once your return has been received and processed you will receive an email with details of your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days after your shipment has been received for refund processing.
